Conventional wisdom says good photos will help your car sell. We all know ads with proper photos get more clicks, and more attention, than ads with bad cell phone pics taken in harsh light in a random location - and if it comes time for you to sell your ride, I can help you with a vehicle photo shoot. You will have the best looking car on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, TheSamba or ebay!
However, ‘for sale’ ads aren’t the only reason you might need great photos.
Auctions - Collector and classic cars are going to the auction block (Barrett-Jackson, Hemmings, Sotheby’s, etc) at an amazing rate, and fetching big dollars. Online bidders at those auctions rely on the website photos to properly represent the vehicle, or they may not bid at all. Quality photos are a must.
Rental - Turo is the new vehicle rental service where private owners can list their cars online for rental to the public, just like Enterprise or Hertz. The difference is the car is privately owned, so the website cannot use stock photos like those other guys. The owners must show all the features of the car, inside and out, so the renter knows what they will be getting. A photo shoot will ensure all your bases are covered, and your Turo listing gets noticed, and the rentals start coming in.
